There are 2 places you can buy the Granada City Card on-ground in the city : Town Hall in Plaza del Carmen: Mondays - Saturdays from 9:30 AM - 7 PM Sundays: 9:30 AM - 2 PM (Closed on bank holidays) KIOSK CHALO in Plaza Nueva: Mondays - Saturdays from 8 AM - 9 PM Sundays from 8 AM - 3 PM (Closed on bank holidays) You can also collect your physical card and clear your doubts about the card at these counters.
