DaVinci and Michelangelo | The Titans Experience opens now!

DaVinci and Michelangelo: The Titans Experience debuted Off-Broadway at St. Luke’s Theatre on 15th August 2019, and will be on the floors until January 5, 2020.

Leonardo DaVinci and Michelangelo are two of the greatest artistic minds to ever exist on Earth. Their vision and genius were among the driving forces that took the Italian Renaissance to its culmination. This year, you will be able to witness their brilliance in a unique multimedia production called DaVinci and Michelangelo: The Titans Experience. DaVinci and Michelangelo were pioneers in their fields and it was only fair to bring their works back to life using the best of today’s technology. The show has been put together by Mark Rodgers, who believes that these two figures have created their works in such a fashion that they are cerebral, without really taking it beyond the comprehension of the masses. He says that whatever they did in their time still finds a way to impact our daily lives.

DaVinci and Michelangelo: The Titans Experience was originally conceived as an exhibition on a large scale that would include the works of both the artists. However, the inevitable conclusion that was drawn during the planning phase was that it is impossible to capture all the facets of their minds just from exhibiting their works of art. As such, the project evolved into an exploration of their mind and thought process. DaVinci and Michelangelo: The Titans Experience is an all-encompassing multisensory experience that is bound to take the audience’s breath away. Mark Rodgers is quite passionate about the productions and its protagonists and it shows in the way he presents it. The experience is informative and awe-inspiring in equal proportions and should not be missed.

The show includes famous works like the Statue of David, Mona Lisa, and the Sistine Chapel. The director of the show is Bill Stine, who boasts an impressive portfolio. Scheduled to run until 5th January 2020, catch DaVinci and Michelangelo Off-Broadway at the St. Luke's Theatre, 308 W 46th St. The duration of the show is approximately two hours, including an interval.
