All you need to know about the Tulips at Tulipmania

These stunning tulips take 4 years to grow in the Netherlands before making their way to Singapore. The Tulip bulbs are first harvested after four annual growing cycles. Then they are kept at 2°C for 9-14 weeks and then incubated in greenhouse conditions for them to sprout. They are transported to Singapore during this time. Once they are planted at Gardens by the Bay, these beauties bloom in just 3-5 days and stay gorgeous for up to 12 days.

Want to catch them at their best? The Flower Dome maintains perfect temperatures to keep these Dutch treasures happy.
