Exciting news from the Kit Kat Club! There's a brand new lineup in town for the Cabaret London cast. Starting from 25 September 2023, the iconic roles of the Emcee and Sally Bowles will be brought to life by none other than Jake Shears, the lead singer of the Scissor Sisters and the lyricist behind the hit musical, 'Tammy Faye', and Rebecca Lucy Taylor, known by her stage name, Self Esteem, who is the music composer for the multi-award-winning play 'Prima Facie'.
Upcoming Cabaret London Cast
Along with Jake Shears and Self Esteem, here are the confirmed changes in the Cabaret London cast:
- While Emily Benjamin will continue as the production’s alternate Sally Bowles until 18 October, Nic Myers will be taking over from 19 October (scheduled to perform once a week).
- On 25 September, Wilf Scolding will be joining the cast as Ernst Ludwig, Jessica Kirton as Fraulein Kost/Fritzie, Liv Alexander as Texas, Natalie Chua as Frenchie, Taite-Elliot Drew as Hans, Damon Gould as Victor, El Haq Lateif as Helga, and Travis Ross as Bobby. They will be joining Laura Delany as Rosie, Grant Neal as Herman/Max and Hicaro Nicolai as Lulu.
