The Story
To the world, Charlie Price has everything. He’s inherited his father’s shoe factory and has everything going for him. But not everything is what it seems. The family business is on the verge of bankruptcy and Charlie’s heart is not in the business. Until Charlie finds the inspiration he needs in the form of Lola. Lola’s fabulous, smart and a lover of sturdy stilettos. Charlie realizes Lola is the one person who can help him turn the factory around, and maybe, even his life.

Kinky Boots premiered in West End on September 15, 2015 to full houses and rave reviews. The show has been immensely popular and celebrated 1000 shows of the West End production on January 15, 2018.
Awards
The West End production of Kinky Boots won the Standard Radio 2 Audience Award for Best New Musical, based on public voting in 2015. The show was nominated in seven categories in the Laurence Olivier Awards in 2016 and won in three categories: Best New Musical, Best Actor in a Musical and Best Costume Design.
