Opened in 2013, the Michael Jakcson ONE Theater was custom-built to host Cirque du Soleil’s acclaimed eponymous production. The theater's creation was part of a collaboration between Cirque du Soleil and the Michael Jackson Estate, aiming to bring Jackson's music and spirit to life in a way that only Cirque can. Stage designer François Séguin was loosely inspired by the album cover for Dangerous when creating structure, which features a proscenium in baroque style juxtaposed with modern elements like tabloids.
