Last Updated:

Spread over 18 hectares, Park Güell is a stunning example of Gaudí’s vision, inspired by England’s garden cities and nature itself. The park features beautiful pathways, expansive gardens, and intricate sculptures. Interestingly, Park Güell was not initially intended to be a garden. It was commissioned by Count Eusebi Güell, who asked Gaudí to create a miniature city for Barcelona’s elite. However, after the project was abandoned following the Count’s death, Gaudí transformed it into a public park. If you visit Park Güell on your own, you might miss out on fascinating details and stories that bring the park to life. This is why a Park Guell guided tour is the perfect way to go. A guide will share secrets and interesting tidbits about the park, making your visit much more engaging and memorable.

Advantages of a Park Guell guided tour

Beating the crowd

Park Güell is a popular destination, drawing over 9 million visitors each year. A guided tour offers a solution with skip-the-line and fast-track access, allowing you to bypass the crowds and make the most of your visit without the hassle of long waits.
