Accessibility

Accessible seating: Four wheelchair spots are reserved in the Stalls section. Transfers are available in other sections.

Ramps and elevators: Although the theater does not have an elevator, ramps and stairlifts are used to make the premises accessible for all.

Food and drink: The theater offers a cafeteria located on the Mezzanine floor and two bars within the Stalls section. Patrons can enjoy refreshments during the show, and you may bring snacks and drinks purchased at the venue to your seat.

  • Arrive early: Traffic around Gran Via can be congested, so we reccomend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before showtime.
  • Travel light: The venue does not have a cloakroom, so its best to avoid carrying large items on your visit. Additionally, as parking may be available further down the street, consider wearing comfortable shoes for short walks around the theater.
  • Move around: Due to its central location in the city, the theater is fairly close to many iconic landmarks such as - Museo Nacional del Prado, Matadero Madrid, and the Royal Palace of Madrid. Plan your visit ahead of time to take in all the glory of the city!

Bus: Several EMT lines, including 1, 2, 46, 7, 146, and night buses N18, N19, N20, and N21, stop near Gran Via.

Metro: The nearest subway stations are Santo Domingo (L2), Callao (L5), and Plaza de España (L3), all within a short walking distance.

Train: The closest train station is Sol, serviced by C3 and C4 lines, just a short walk away.

Parking: There is no on-site parking, but nearby public garages such as Flor Baja 3 (Leganitos) and Plaza de España are available nearby.
