Your Tandem Skydive Sydney Experience Deconstructed
Upon your arrival at the skydive center, an expert skydiving support team will greet you. The team will take you through the safety procedures and will also readily answer any queries of yours.
After the session, you will be fitted up in your gear and prepped up to go skydiving in Sydney. The instructors will then lead you to the specially-outfitted plane. On the way to 15,000 feet, you will be fastened to your tandem jumpmaster. Before you make the jump, the jumpmaster will handle and re-check the technical aspects, such as going over your harnesses in order to ensure you have a safe jump.
Once all is set, catch hold of your nerves and just leap out of the door. As you freefall at a speed of around 200 km/hr, the sky will embrace you with all its glory and the earth will beckon you with all its awe-inspiring beauty. After a minute or so, the jumpmaster will deploy the parachute, which will gradually slow down your fall and enable you to float through the sky for 5-7 minutes. While you enjoy the weightlessness, you will be greeted with a panoramic view of the beautiful city and its notable landmarks.

Tips Before You go Skydiving in Sydney
Age Limit - The minimum age to skydive in Australia, as per law is 12 years. Under 18 years old will require the presence of a parent or legal guardian on the day of the jump. While there is no maximum age limit, reasonable fitness is necessary.
Weight Limit - Anyone who is above 110 kg will be subjected to tandem master’s assessment and Safety Officer approval, accordingly, instructors may or may not allow skydive. A surcharge will apply if the participant is or over 95 kg.
What to Wear - Loose, casual and comfortable clothing, along with sneakers. Heels or high boots are not allowed. Keep in mind that you will be provided with a custom jump pants to put over your clothes. During winters, fleeces and gloves are also provided.
The Night Before - You must not have consumed any drugs or alcohol in the eight hours preceding your skydive. You also cannot scuba dive 24 hours before skydiving.
Weather - Since skydiving will depend a lot on the weather, keep your day free and have no time constraints.
