There is just one entrance to the venue on the ground floor which opens up to the souvenir store and further into the indigenous display of crocodiles.
Offbeat experiences like 'cage of death' and 'feeding the croc' are filled out quickly. We suggest you pre-book the experience, especially in peak seasons from May to October.
There is a baby nursing room available on the first floor near the toilets next to the theatre.
There is a souvenir shop on the ground floor right next to the entrance.
There are toilets placed throughout the venue, including accessible ones, for your convenience.
There are shower rooms available on the first floor next to "Swim with Crocs" for you to shower before getting into the water.
