The guide took us to the tower and explained the clock excellently, nothing to say! The rest is in the 'audioguide carried out independently, such as collecting the tickets and the tour. The price of the experience is a bit high considering the stand-alone ticket is 300 cz. and most of the experience is DIY, but enjoyable. Having the tickets already done makes it faster to get in.

We got lost and was late for the start of the tour. They called us and walked us through directions on how to get to their office and walked us to the tour to catch up with the others. They went above and beyond and your guide was knowledgeable and good speaking voice.

I love it, the experience was great. The only comment was related to the time and the weather: it was really hot that day, so finding the Pier was a nightmare 😩 I would complement the information saying how to get the places in a friendly way. I hope it helps

Our tour guide was very friendly and gave us interesting history facts about the Astronomical Clock Tower. He ensured we got into the tower safely and that we had no issues our tickets. I highly recommend the tour. We really enjoyed it.
