We really liked that we skipped the line. We quickly found where they give out headphones for the audio guide. Very interesting and useful text, we listened to it several times. The Pantheon is amazing. We didn't like that we had to go to the office for a voucher, which we found out about at the last minute. We ran to look for the office along the tangled streets. If we had realized this when we bought the ticket, we would have come for the voucher the day before.Shamanthree

Audio experience is the way to go. You can experience at your own pace and the history is creatively delivered. The exterior is breath taking but the interior is worth your time and money. Give yourself enough time to pickup your tickets at the alternate location designated in a different area nearby. No bathroom indoors so do your business before entering the building. Enjoy!

Good, because Rome is a special city! Long queues without any organization take away some of the splendour of the places visited!!! Even if you have tickets in print or on your cell phone, exchanging them for new ones is annoying!!! However, we left Rome enchanted but with stories to tell!!!View original review in Portuguese

Access to the museum is regulated with a mandatory exit at the end of each time slot so tickets are limited and sell out quickly. Tickets will not be available on-site for purchase, especially for same-day entry.

Until the month of May, only two children are allowed access for a time slot.

You may pick up your ticket only on the day of the event at the opening of the checkout counter an hour before the show (until the beginning of the same).

Entry is free for people who are physically challenged as well as their accompanying guardian (carry a valid photo ID).

The Cloakroom is temporarily located outside the Museum.

Luggage storage is mandatory for items such as bags, backpacks, strollers or trolleys, umbrellas, selfie sticks, or other items whose danger or size is assessed by the security staff.

It is also forbidden to enter the Museum with food, drinks (including water), and animals (with the exception of guide dogs).
