The venue was not very clear in terms of the line we had to standand the usher sent us to the wrong line. The refreshments were below par, the coffee was not hot.

I like it, the view was great. Me and my friend enjoyed the evening. Also i liked that the Fountain music as well were playing inside BurjKhalifa, so we watched the show from there.

Skip the line is absolutely worth the price. You are very fast, go to the sky lounge on a higher level where you get free coffee, water and some sweets for free. The view obviously is great.

Wonderful view of the city and sunset. Plus a birds eye view of the fountain - skip the line saved so much time waiting in the long queue, nice to relax with coffee and nibbles at level 148

Important Information

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.

Restrictions

Strollers and other large items are not allowed inside the venue. They must be checked in at the luggage room near the entrance.

Prime Hours: 4pm to 6:30pm
Prime Hours from 1 Dec 2023: 3pm to 6:30pm
Tickets are available for timeslots every 30 minutes.

Please arrive at the redemption point 20 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level.
Show your tickets at the will-call ticket counter at the At the Top entrance on the Lower Ground Level of Dubai Mall. Your PDF tickets will be exchanged for entry tickets at the counter.
The redemption point is on the same level as Dubai Fountain. Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks.
