Amazing view, fantastic and rapid experience. Definitely worth the price having in mind that the queue was with more than 200 people.

With our Fasttrack ticket, we were able to bypass most of the crowd so we had a minimal wait time; the view from level 148 was awesome and the refreshments offered were tasty & welcome.

We liked it very much. The advantage of having an extra entrance was well worth it. The refreshments and pastries with capuchino were great: unfortunately the glass panes were not cleaned from the inside, which made it very difficult to take photos. Otherwise very impressive.

The experience is worth it. It's a must-do, but I took the option of going up to the 148th floor, which I think is useless and extremely expensive. You can see even better from the 124th and 125th floors, you're already above everyone else.

Experience was good. Best part was no waiting for the queue and entry/exit was quick. View was breathtaking from the 148th floor. Coffee and snacks were delicious.

Important Information

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.

Restrictions

Strollers and other large items are not allowed inside the venue. They must be checked in at the luggage room near the entrance.

Prime Hours: 4pm to 6:30pm
Prime Hours from 1 Dec 2023: 3pm to 6:30pm
Tickets are available for timeslots every 30 minutes.

Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level.
Show your tickets at the will-call ticket counter at the At the Top entrance on the Lower Ground Level of Dubai Mall. Your PDF tickets will be exchanged for entry tickets at the counter.
The redemption point is on the same level as Dubai Fountain. Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks.
