From a comfortable capsule with climate control technology, you have the view of the city skyline on one side and the unending sea on the other. From here, you can enjoy clear views of some of Dubai's most iconic landmarks, including Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and the 1.7 kilometer-long Jumeirah Beach Residence. The surrounding Bluewaters Island area is replete with options for shopping, dining, and sightseeing once you are done with your Ain Dubai experience.

The observation deck of the tallest structure in the world is no doubt one of the best vantage points to admire the splendor of Dubai. From a height of 452 meters, you have unparalleled views of the city, desert, and ocean spread out below you. Enjoy the view as you stand behind floor-to-ceiling glass walls, or check out the open-air terrace for a better look.
Once you are satisfied with the view, make your way to The Cafe on the ground floor. Soak in the relaxed ambiance and amplify your Burj experience with a complimentary cup of decadent coffee or a soft drink.

Ain Dubai has a series of measures in place to protect the well-being of all guests. These include the provision of disposable masks and hand sanitizer across the facility, an online ticketing system to reduce queuing, physical barriers between guests and ticketing staff, encouraging contactless payment, electronic devices for ordering food and drinks in the lounge, limiting the number of guests within each cabin, and ensuring the regular disinfection of frequently touched areas.

Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.

Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes at the elevator queue.
