We decided on the 10pm slot to go to the Burj Kahlifa. In our opinion, it was the best to go as we were able to do a few things during the day and see the water fountain display before going up. There was no queuing, so we were up pretty quickly and we were also able to see the water fountain display from a birds eye view! It was great! We also loved being able to see the city at night with all the lights. Any city at night is wonderful!

We spent 2 intense, beautiful, well managed and enjoyable days. The desert tour IS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES EVER.

It was accepted at the counter and we had completed our tour in 1.30 hours. We had taken the slot of 8 pm, whereas I would suggest all to take the morning slot at 8am to 10 am where the crowd will be less and light is awesome for good photos. In the night the lights in the 124 floor is not sufficient for a good photo session.

When we arrived to collect our tickets we were told they were already printed (and I assume collected). We had only purchased them the day before so we were a little concerned as it was a fair investment that could have been lost.
I'm not sure what they did but we eventually received our tickets and our experience once through was wonderful. I would still recommend a visit but I am unsure if the issue was with Headout or the ticket office!

Really awesome! But -
The 5 minutes camel ride (included in the Desert Safari for free under this combo) is very heartbreaking, the camel cries out when you climb on it, they make the camel sit down and stand back up EVERY 5 MINS for around 50-80 people per day. When the camel does not want to, the camel is threatened with a stick. I can't even imagine how much that must hurt the poor animal's knees - please install a stool/stand or something so the animal can remain standing and does not have to sit and stand again so many times. A permanent climbing structure for it would be awesome and it's the least that can be done.
Other than that, I think everything was well-executed and the guides were all nice. I would definitely recommend this, thank you for the amazing combo.

KidZania
Complete with buildings, paved roads, and vehicles, KidZania lets your kids closely experience adult life through role-playing in a child-sized city! Your children can experience first-hand what it is to work in 80 professions including aviation, construction, dentistry, and fashion. Along with learning how to independently manage finances with an active banking system, they can also learn to cultivate important skills such as socialization, cooperation, independence, and confidence.
Armed with 50 KidZos, once inside the park, they can earn or spend as they wish, and participate in plenty of activities with “Supervisors” guiding your children through all of them.

- Prime Hours from 1 Dec 2022: 3pm to 6:30pm
- At the Top, Burj Khalifa is open from 8:30am to 11pm.
- Tickets are available for time slots every 30 minutes.
- Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.
- Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes at the elevator queue.
KidZania
- Weekdays: 12 noon - 10pm
- Thur to Sat: 10am - 10pm
Important Information
- No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.
- If visiting with a toddler and a child, you can take your toddler to the Fun First Nursery, while you accompany your older child around KidZania (additional costs apply)
