My experience at the Burj Khalifa was exceptional! From the process of ticket verification to the beautiful views from the 124th and 125th floor. The queues was extremely long, yet the process ran smoothly, effectively and faster than anticipated. I even bought beautiful gifts/souvenirs to take back home to South Africa 🇿🇦 to remember the remarkable experience.

I loved everything about the whole experience. The elevators are great and the organization superb. Although there was a long queue, it was worth it. Climb all the way to the top of the world's tallest building, where you can get breathtaking 360-degree views of the Golden City from the Observation Deck. Your tour will begin at Dubai Creek, where you can get a ride in the traditional water taxis or abras. The Dubai City Tour takes approximately 4-5 hours.

Although the tour operator can and will drop you back to your hotel at the end of your tour, you can book your time slot for the Burj Khalifa close to the end of the tour, since the last attraction you'll visit is the Burj Khalifa itself so you can save yourself the extra travel!

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

Please arrive 30 mins early to avoid last-minute hassle at the ticket line.

Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 90 minutes at the observatory.

Please note that the average visiting time may extend accordingly during peak seasons and sunset time.

Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes in the elevator queue.
