Easy and problem-free. The tour is recommended. Get off when you want to see something, get back on and off you go. Or just look at everything, really great.

The buses were clean inside and out. The informative audio descriptions of the major sites and their surrounding neighborhoods was available in a plethora of languages and often included historical background that we found very interesting. There were many convenient Hop On/Hop Off stops and the free map was good for direction to and from the stops. The courteous drivers were experts at getting safely through the gridlocked F1 Fan Day traffic in Barcelona! There was only one issue with one of the headphone Jack's not working but we liked the seats we had chosen so we opted to share a headset rather than move. The best surprise was that, when I bought the tickets, I hadn't realize that they were good for travel along BOTH the green and red/orange routes...effectively allowing you to see the ENTIRE city!!! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to travel both routes in the 24 hours prior to leaving Barcelona this time, but I will make it a priority on day 1 of my next visit.

Excellent, they show the important tourist sites and you can get off and on wherever you want, plus it is with audio guides for more information. If you take it at 11:00am you can ride the bus until 11:00am the next day.

It was a great way to get an overview of the city. We had a group of 11 and we all found the signage to be a little confusing. We had to catch a cab at one point in order to get back to the route we needed.
