Casa Batlló
Enjoy a unique experience at Casa Batlló, one of the renovated apartments that put Gaudí's unparalleled work on the map. While it primarily served as the residence of the Batlló family, it also has rented housing sewn together by a magnificent entrance. Its facade, sprinkled with brilliant bits of blue, mauve, and green, perfectly fits the vibe of this unconventional building. Benefit from an audio guide in 15 languages that will give you everything you need to know about Gaudí's ingenious work.
With this ticket, you can also experience the newly opened Gaudí Cube, a room with six internal faces built with 243 square meters of custom-designed LED panels. An automatic door mechanism has been assimilated into one of the walls with such precision that it is indistinguishable when it is closed!
Casa Amatller
This house, a perfect example of Art Nouveau architecture, features four upper stories, a garden, and a ground floor that has been turned into a museum. The house was built at the end of the 19th century by Josep Cadafalch for the wealthy chocolatier and archaeological enthusiast Antoni Amatller. The structure has 3 primary elements that reflect the homeowner's passions – chocolate, vintage glassware, and photography.
Your digital audio guide, available via an app in 4 languages, will make sure you don't miss out on the best parts of exploring the opulent house. It will highlight all the culturally significant items in the house while also filling you in on why they became significant. Here, you can stay back after your audio tour and explore the place by yourself till closing hours.
