I loved what Gaudi left us, I really loved it! Magnificent. It's brilliant. On the other hand, the additions at the start and end of the tour (black staircases topped with metal chains by a Japanese artist) and visual immersion (by a Turkish artist), just brutally break the enchantment of Gaudi's gadeau. A pity, really!Maryana

It was a very smooth experience, from buying the ticket to visiting Casa Batlló. I loved every room in the house and the easy-to-use resources that are available to help us understand the history of the building, the painter and the family that owns the house. My advice is to buy the ticket that provides not only the audio guide but also the tablet. Unfortunately, my ticket was the basic one for financial reasons, but it's worth having access to the tablet and seeing the house set up with the furniture.Marika

Casa Vicens
The world-famous architect Antoni Gaudí created the modernist Casa Vicens in Barcelona, Spain, a prime example of Gaudí’s early work. The outside design of the building is a fusion of classical Catalan and Islamic styles. Various organic shapes and curvy lines are used in the colorful ceramic mosaics that adorn the facade. Asymmetrical in the plan, the structure has undulating lines, rounded forms, and a rich palette of materials. Stained glass windows, bright ceramic tiles, and elaborate plasterwork adorn the building's interior. Casa Vicens was originally built as a summer retreat for the Vicens family and is now known as a masterpiece of Gaudí.
Casa Batlló
The Casa Batlló is another must-visit modernist structure by Gaudí. Choose a timed-entry slot for this site and choose between 3 different ticket options that give you access to Gaudí's dome, Batlló’s private room, an exclusive outdoor lounge, and more. The structure is a prime illustration of his refined architectural style. Marvel at the colorful mosaics, contours, and organic forms all distinguish the facade of Casa Batlló with a multilingual audio guide. The building's roof is designed like the back of a dragon, and it is covered with bright ceramic tiles in blue, green, and yellow. The building's signature feature is a skylight above the courtyard in the middle of the structure. Gaudi was inspired by nature, and his use of organic shapes and natural light helped create a balance between the building and its surroundings.
