What to bring

• It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes.

• The ball pit will require shoes to be removed, so please wear socks.

• Wear pants/shorts if visiting the Walking Net.

What's not allowed

• Prams are not allowed inside during the experience. They can be checked in at the locker room at the entry.

• Selfie sticks or tripods are not allowed.

• Weapons, drugs, alcohol, and outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside.

Accessibility

• The experience is wheelchair accessible, except in the ball pit area.

• The experience is accessible for guests with hearing and vision issues.

Additional information

• Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• The Walking Net and Bouncing Net have a minimum height requirement of 110cm.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

• Please arrive at the redemption point.15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
