The chat with the astronaut, Steve Smith. And the Atlantis was so interesting and we loved the simulator! SO much to see you could easily do two full days there!

Loved everything - I wish we would have had 2 days to explore the KSC as I felt rushed to be able to see everthing and take it all of the reading in the exhibits. I loved that I attended a live speaking session with an astronaut (Steve Smith) - who did an excellent job relating to the audience. I loved that we happened to be there the day that the Falcon 9 was launched so we got to see a live launch! The experience with obtaining our tickets through Headout was positive.

We really enjoyed our visit to Kennedy Space Center. We especially liked seeing astronaut Norm Thagard answer questions about his career and experience in space as part of the Chat with an Astronaut program. Of course, seeing the shuttle Atlantis was also a major highlight. We highly recommend getting the two-day pass, as we needed both days to see everything.

'Chat w/ astronaut was a highlight. I had thought I would be "toured" by a guide, was not familiar with the way the center is laid out. But eventually got around and enjoyed the visit.

KSC is always awesome. The 'Headout' App is less than perfect, however. No way to print tickets/barcode (I always want a hard-copy backup). I'm local, so go to KSC often - I much preferred the previous system Also, 'Chat with an Astronaut' is much worse than 'Lunch with an Astronaut'...

Ken Cameron was kind, interesting, and thoughtful with his answers. We lucked out and attended with only one other group, so he sat down with us at our table! He inspired our 9 year old daughter (an astronaut-to-be). We definitely thought it was worth it! The snacks and beverages were a nice touch, though we would have been just as happy paying less and not having food included.

We come from far away and getting to talk to a REAL astronaut is incredible and on the other hand, the motivation it generates in my youngest son to study nuclear engineering!!!! Wonderful!
