Important Information

  • Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Restroom, Bicycle Parking.

  • Small bags smaller than cabin size are allowed.

  • Dogs are allowed on a leash in the park, in a carrier bag, or held in the arms in the castle.

  • Strollers must be left at the castle entrance (sensitive flooring). A baby carrier may be necessary.

  • The elevator is currently unavailable. Access to the different levels of the castle is only possible by the stairs and the front steps of the castle.

  • Please take note that various groups are granted free entry: under 18 years (excluding families and school groups), 18 to 25-year-old European Union nationals and regular non-European residents in France, disabled individuals (with 1 accompanying adult), jobseekers with a certificate less than 6 months old, and holders of a valid Education Pass.

  • Please note that there is free admission during the following days: European Heritage Days on the 3rd weekend of Sep, and every 1st Sunday of each month from Nov to Mar.

Restrictions

  • Note that the following are not allowed: large bags, suitcases, food and beverages, flash photography

  • The experience is restricted for guests aged 16 and under unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are prohibited on the estate (including the grounds).

  • Daily: 9:30am to 6pm.

Sep 5 to Apr 30

  • Daily: 10am to 5:30pm.

  • The park closes 45 minutes before the castle closes.

  • The last entry to the site is 1 hour before closing time.

  • Closed on Jan 1, May 1, and Dec 25.

  • Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

  • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.
