It was super easy to make a reservation for this fun activity. My sister and I wanted to escape from the Christmas Markets for a bit and we scheduled the chocolate workshop for the middle of the day. The group who attended this workshop were a mix of mainly Americans and Britains with a few couples from other places. The lesson was in English. I enjoyed our guide's presentation and lesson- it was very thorough. We had a few VERY YOUNG children in the group and he handled them with aplomb. He held onto the molds with them so that they could be involved in pouring the chocolate into the molds. If I was to change anything, it would be three things: 1. the toppings for the chocolate bars was very minimalist. Plain peanuts, shredded coconut (not the larger, sweetened pieces), sprinkles, sliced almonds, mini pretzels, raisins (not cranberries), colored mini marshmallows, gummy bears, dried banana chips. I had expected to find toppings like what I had seen in other pictures- unfortunately, those toppings were only on the bars that were for sale. 2. I really wanted to try to do the pouring of the chocolate into the bars myself but the instructor jumped in and held my tray the entire time. Oh well. 3. The museum is could use... an update. It's fun, especially for kids, but I would have liked to see something a bit less kid-oriented and some stuff that was more historical, especially european development. But, I knew from previous reviews that that was going to be what I found so I wasn't surprised. Overall, I give the experience a solid 5 stars. Fun, informative, and very hands-on.

I booked the class with my boyfriend and we had the best time here. The class was entirely in English and the teacher was able to explain every step of the process. We decorated our own chocolate bars and drank some self made hot chocolate. 100/100 recommended if you are looking for a different experience while visiting Vienna

Very good though this website are not selling the tickets correctly. You need to pay for 4 year olds so make sure you get there early to sort anything re that. We ended up needing to come back in afternoon for our session which worked for us. The team there are amazing and it's such a pretty place. The worshop was awesome we made chocolatier chocolate bars and hot chocolates so tasty!
