We went when it was dark. London is so beautiful at night. As we were disabled we were fast tracked so no standing in long queues. Staff were great. Will definitely visit again.

It's a very relaxing trip. I recommend going at night. The line seems to move very slowly, but it's actually the opposite. In less than 10 minutes, you're on the Ferris wheel, and there are lots of activities to do around it.

Overall satisfaction from purchase to experience. The price is reasonable. I bought my ticket a day in advance, but there was only one seat left, just for me, so I recommend buying tickets well in advance.

Our visit to the shard was really good. It was my husbands birthday so it was nice to have the champagne package! I was a little concerned we would not see many landmarks due to very cloudy/ foggy weather, however we were pleasantly surprised and saw much more than expected!. It was also nice that when we went it was not overcrowded, however they could with more seating. The staff are lovely and we would love to come back for an evening experience with the city of london lit up at night!

Everything went perfectly! The only thing I would "complain" about is the time. An extra hour would have been more relaxing. Otherwise, it's an unforgettable trip for all ages. A must for all HP fans!

We are very happy with everything. We had been planning this trip for a very long time and finally made it happen. The experience was truly unforgettable! The transfer was from Victoria Bus Station, which is very convenient to reach from anywhere in the city. The bus was clean and had no unpleasant smells, which is also very important. The emotions were incredible: everything was very interesting, and being in this atmosphere — the atmosphere of your favorite movie — was simply WOW! On average, you need about 5 hours to see everything and enjoy a relaxed lunch. If you are a Harry Potter fan, you must visit this studio. We are planning to come back again in a few years. Thank you very much!

Abbey, our guide, was excellent. Streets were obviously very busy, so progress was a bit slow in parts. Not sure if this was the reason, but our tour ended up on a shorter route, not actually crossing the Thames and back, as was on the map route.
