A childhood dream came true for me that day! For so many years I watched everything on the internet and now I've experienced it for myself. I am so thrilled! Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience, it was breathtaking. And the bus driver who drove us to the studio was also a lovely person and drove us there and back safely. Thank you for everything, I will definitely do it again sometime!

In general, it is good to go to the studios with this company, but it is true that 4 hours in the studios, with all the people and queues to do, if you stop to eat something .... It's not enough. I had to do the visit a bit at full speed and without stopping to eat to see everything well and not miss anything. Paying almost twice as much as the normal entrance, I think they should give more time, I felt sorry to see everything so fast. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Easy to find the bus stop, very friendly staff. The bus pick up was delayed by more than half an hour due to traffic, half an hour they should have made up for by picking us up 30 min later, as we had to run on the last part of the tour to get to the pick up area.

The whole tour is great. For the bus trip, last year when we left Victoria we had the big beautiful Harry Potter bus and here when we left the Royal Hotel a "Standard" bus, it's detail but I was with my daughter, a fan, and I would have liked to know the difference between the two departures because I wanted her to have the full experience.

It was a wonderful experience. We needed much more time walking around at the Warner Bros studio. They told us at the studio when starting the tour that its much bigger than we think. So we got stressed about it and couldn't enjoy. We couldn't even sit down for a paus and have a butterbeer or go to the toilet. Afraid of missing something. Cause of that we missed the butterbeer. We thought we could drink it in the end also. I wanted to read more of the signs and enjoy more. We were stressed in shopping, wanted to buy some more.
