We loved how good and friendly staff and security were and the pods were spotless clean and checked after each exit of people .it was very well organised we had the best experience

For those who want to experience something special in London and want to have a great view, this experience is definitely recommended. The view is breathtaking (I can highly recommend this tour in the evening --> you can see the whole of London illuminated in a wonderful sea of lights) At the beginning you wait in a lounge where you are then picked up, which is particularly useful in the cold months. Our guide Holly-Grace made the evening really sweet for us with her warm and loving manner. From the very first moment we felt comfortable and in good hands with her. She took photos of everyone and gave us lots of tips and information about London. A little side note: if you finish your glass of champagne quickly, you can buy another one on board The trip takes 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it feels much shorter because of all the impressions. For us, however, it was a wonderful end to our London trip.

Overall the experience was amazing! Because we did the champagne experience, it started off in the VIP lounge where we were able to have a drink while we waited for our slotted time. We were then greeted by our tour guide, Arnie, who was genuinely the best part of the entire experience! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience that much better. He explained the history of certain landmarks and even gave us suggestions of good spots to explore post experience. The experience was approximately 30 minutes and we had a personal bottle of champagne served to us during the duration. Honestly all the staff that we encountered were so kind, friendly, and helpful. Keep up the great work everyone! I couldn't recommend this experience enough, it's a must do.

I think it is an expensive attraction for what it is. The time you book doesn't guarantee anything because you will have to wait in line anyway. It's a 20 minute ride, the cabin is shared with many more people and you don't enjoy the views very much. I would not repeat.
