We really loved so much the experience. I really think you could explain better all the informations in your app and PDF ticket. For exemple: The informations about which events/access can be enter by QR CODE or only by printed vouchers/cards are really confused. Many tourits became confused. The Aerobus, "Monbus" enterprise, ARE NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORT! As i said, i really didn't understand your explanations and i lost a little time in my arrival in Barcelona.

After making the purchase, you’ll receive an email from Barcelona Turbopass with the link to your digital pass and booking app.
Browse the booking app to check which attractions require you to pre-book and book your slots with a few simple clicks. Just follow the simple instructions and voila! You are good to go.
Your pass will automatically get activated on the date selected by you while placing the order.
Validity: Your pass is valid for the number of consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods) chosen. For example, if you select a 3-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday plus all of Tuesday and Wednesday.
The pass also provides free access to trains, metros, trams, and buses from the airport and within the city for 2, 3, 4, or 5 days, depending on your pass. Your transport ticket will only be activated with the first use of public transportation.

Most museums in Barcelona are closed on Mondays and possibly on holidays.
Some attractions, museums, and sights may sometimes be unavailable due to renovations.
The Barcelona City Pass is available in German, English, and French. After completing your booking, the pass will be sent to you via email with all the essential information about opening hours, addresses, and admission tickets.
The HOHO bus access is only available for 1 day irrespective of the validity option you choose for the city card.
You can only visit each included and discounted attraction once.
Some attractions may require reservations. Your pass must be valid on the day of the reservation.
The validity of the pass begins on the date you choose when placing your order.
