I enjoyed the tour guides answering questions that they received. I have done these tours in many cities across several countries. Some tours have prerecorded tours that I do not enjoy. The ticketing was simple and hassle free.

The lady that greeted us at bus stop #6 was the sweetest lady. Keep her!!!! The day was a beautiful day to take the tour. We will definitely do this again.

Downloaded both headhout and bus tracking apps. These were convenient and easy to use. I loved the full loop first thing in the morning- great overview of NOLA and then I explored the rest of the day. The bus was easy to get to and I enjoyed hearing other tour guide's interpretations. Two thumbs up!

The bus tour was a great way to see some significant areas of New Orleans. The first bus I was on had a problem, so everyone was transferred to another, much more crowded bus. While the announcer was entertaining, it wasn't always clear which building he was talking about as the bus rushed past.
