Die einstündige Alster-Rundfahrt war sehr informativ und liebevoll gestaltet. Leider war bei uns eine Jugendgruppe mit an Bord die sehr laut war, so dass wir die Erklärungen manchmal akustisch nicht verstehen konnten. Das fanden wir sehr schade! We were very lucky that Hamburg, for once, showed itself from its most beautiful sunny side, and was even dressed up for Christmas! The trip was a great experience for us as Hamburgers - to rediscover our own city in a relaxed way with "tourist eyes", accompanied by interesting historical and current information "from the tape" and enriched with very humorous additions from the dedicated bus driver Christian. We had a lot of fun and can warmly recommend this little break from everyday life.

It was an enriching experience, the stops have enough time to know the background and history of them, the only bad thing is that they do not put who are the operators of the boat tours, I had to call the company to find out which were the places where I had to board.

The round was probably standard. The crew made it an experience. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. But the highlight was definitely our "tour guide". It was information and entertainment at its best. Or was there also some sailor's yarn involved???? 🤔😉😊

Absolutely recommendable. We sailed around the harbor on the "Prinzess" in the evening glow of lights. Impressive (we are landlubbers) and the one and a half hours were, unfortunately, over far too quickly. Marvin told us interesting and funny stories. Simply great and we really enjoyed it. As the supervisor of a small youth group, I didn't realize when I booked that it was already dark at that time. One thing to criticize is that there was a poor connection at the rear, more loudspeakers in the rear area would be an advantage. Otherwise everything was fine.

The river cruise was great, a complete tour of the best areas of Hamburg. As a point of improvement to point out that in the reservation it is indicated that there are audio guides in several languages, but once on the boat no one offered them, and the experience would be great to be able to understand the explanations of the captain.
