Excellent experience for a first visit to discover the city of Abu Dhabi. The visit to the Sheikh Zayed mosque was particularly appreciated and the guide was very attentive and explained every detail of this extraordinary architectural jewel. Thanks to the agency that picked us up from our respective hotels in Dubai, I highly recommend them.

Our guide was really nice and friendly. Maybe the only thing is that it's takes too long to pick up and drop off so many people with 1 minibus. We almos lost 2h just to drop off. The rest was okay 👍🏻

Our guide Manjeet was really good and patient with all of us. He spend time to help us understand minute details really well. The experience of tour was nice. Car was good. I guess, food option can be improved. Timining of tour usually takes longer than 10 hours as dubai traffic is bad at night.

Next, head to Qasr al Watan, also known as the Palace of the Nation is a majestic cultural landmark of the UAE. You will be welcomed into the spectacular Great Hall as soon as you pass through the palace’s imposing archways. The interiors boast opulent halls and chambers featuring ornate carvings, domes, and grand chandeliers. Drive past Yas Island and see the Ferrari park – the largest theme park before stopping at Yas Mall. Here you will get the opportunity to spend some time doing much-needed shopping or grab a bite with the option to include lunch.

Learn about the city’s culture

Drive along the Corniche and pass by elegant white mosques, glass-covered buildings, high-rise apartments, the opulence of the Emirates Palace, the Palace of Emir and so much more. Take a tour of the Dates Market, where you can sample and purchase a variety of local dates. End your tour by visiting Heritage Village, a reconstructed traditional Emirati village that provides a glimpse into the traditional way of life in Abu Dhabi before the discovery of oil. The village features a museum, a souk, and a traditional Bedouin camp, allowing visitors to learn about the history and culture of the region.

What to bring

It is recommended to wear sunglasses during your visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
For women, it is recommended to wear a traditional robe (abaya) and a headscarf (shayla). If you do not have your own, these garments will be provided to you.
When you visit the mosque you should completely cover your arms, legs, and hair.
For men, it is recommended to wear long trousers and long sleeves.

What’s not allowed

Travel light – luggage storage is unavailable due to limited space on this experience.
Overt display of affection is not allowed inside Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
Note: No transparent clothing, half sleeves, skirts, beach wear, jeans, or tight clothing is allowed inside the mosque.
Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
Photographing local women is not allowed.
Consumption of food and drink is not permitted in the great hall or exhibition rooms of Qasr Al Watan. You can only consume in restaurant areas of the palace and in the gardens.
Pets or animals are not allowed in the Palace or the Palace grounds of Qasr Al Watan.
