Roberta our guide had really good knowledge of the subjects. Sometimes little hard to hear the information due to traffic, poor technical quality of mic and headset

Everything about our "Rome in a day" experience was fantastic! If you only have one day to see as much as possible, you've gotta use a guide to navigate through all the main attractions and the crowds/massive lines. Thank goodness we booked this tour and didn't try to do it all ourselves in one day. Our guide Erturk was absolutely phenomenal, vastly knowledgeable and thorough. I don't know how he could remember everything he told us at each location- he was like an encyclopedia that you were able to ask questions! Can't say enough positive things about Erturk and the way the tour was structured! Thank you so much for this incredible experience!

A Play-By-Play Account of Your Time in Italy’s Capital City

Walk past the long queues at the Vatican Museums and promptly start admiring the esteemed artworks housed inside. The Gallery of Maps, Gallery of the Tapestries, and the Candelabra Gallery are among the museum’s most exquisite rooms worthy of a visit. After which, you will be proceeding to the Sistine Chapel. Its enchanting frescoes by Renaissance artists will take your breath away!

Next, the guide will lead the way to the nearby St. Peter’s Basilica, which is considered one of the holiest sites in Christendom. Magnificent works of art such as Michelangelo’s La Pieta, Bernini's Baldacchino, and the Throne of St. Peter occupy its hallowed interiors. Before entering, you'll receive an introduction to St. Peter's Church. Once inside, feel free to explore at your own convenience until the scheduled time and meeting point when you'll reunite with your guide.

Once you are done at the Vatican City, you will hop on to a climate-controlled vehicle and head to Piazza Navona in downtown Rome. Piazza Navona is one of the most famous public squares in a city that is renowned for its piazzas. The spectacular Fountain of the Four Rivers, the Fountain of Neptune, and the Moor Fountain will greet you during your time there. As you continue your walking tour along Piazza della Rotonda, you will encounter a former Roman temple known as the Pantheon, where you will explore the exterior of the magnificent Pantheon, allowing you to admire its grandeur from the outside.

The 18th-century Trevi Fountain is the next stop on this tour. The striking baroque-style fountain has never failed to capture people’s imaginations with its beauty. Also, don’t forget to toss a coin into its waters for a return trip back to Rome. After all the sightseeing, you can take a lunch break at any of the numerous restaurants and eateries surrounding the fountain.

The next destination on the tour is the mighty Colosseum. Head straight inside without wasting time in queues. The tour will come to an end at the Roman Forum situated between the Palatine and Capitoline hills.
