Excellent experience. We had reservations for the Roman Colosseum, Forum and Palatine. We arrived early, had no problem finding the place, the staff explained very clearly where we had to start the visit. We were also treated to a guided tour that went through Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, and ends in Piazza Venezia. The guide for this tour (held on October 3) was EXCELLENT.
