Frameless utterly brilliant ... ticketing - just about OK ... not the easiest but it worked out OK. Suggestion: I would like to bring more friends to the place - but having to pay the full amount every trip is a little much for me so I will be limited. Couldnt you have some form of season, ticket or pass that entitled a user to a certain number of visits? I'm also a pensioner and without any discount I will always be constrained to how often I can visit. I hope something can be done along these lines in the future!

A great experience and worth going there, but there should be special hours for families with children or regulations for keeping it quiet, because running and screaming children spoil 50% of the atmosphere....

An exciting experience tho found the music in room 1 too loud and room 2 got rather hot. Being half term possibly too crowded and would lIke to experience without so many people but overall very enjoyable. Staff very friendly.

We really enjoyed the 'Frameless' experience. 3 out of the 4 rooms were brilliant. The only one we weren't so keen on was the 'abstract' room. It was just a bit dots and squiggles to jazz music. The other 3 rooms were great and brought to life paintings and the animation was fascinating as well as being interactive in some of the rooms. Overall it was a great experience and would thoroughly recommend.
