I took both the Red and Green routes. The sights along the routes were great. However, the audio guide does not match the sights very well. Most of the time, we would have past the monument before hearing about it. The conductor on the Green route made some announcements but his English was hard to understand. The location of the bus stops are not well marked and some are different from the map. We missed stop 9 of the red route and had to wait for the next bus.

The app is rubbish. The bus stops are difficult to find. I thought I could find the nearest bus stop with the app but the app is totally useless. The bus route map should be provided or downloadable upon purchase of tickets

Delay in boarding the bus line two more than 40 minutes, sound plug in the seats at the front of the bus broken, change of route at the end of the line, leaving me far from the end point where I was originally going to be. Next time I'll look for another operator.
