We liked that there were time slots, meaning we were able to wander around without it being overcrowded. All the garden areas were well maintained and the the art work and detail inside of the Palace were outstanding.

Visitor signage is non-existent on the site, and the audio guide is not easy to use. Many bugs, not all the numbers are there. Impossible to find the corresponding rooms. Disappointing visit

In the case of the cathedral, we were able to get in before the scheduled time. For the Alcazar, however, it was raining heavily and the lady wouldn't let us in before the scheduled time. Otherwise, it's essential to have bought a ticket beforehand.

The visit to the cathedral (one of the largest in the world) is incredible. Seville's Alcázar is truly breathtakingly beautiful. The architecture and meticulousness of the walls of the inner courtyards and the royal chambers are a must-see. I recommend.... with a fun little walk up the Giralda.

Wander through lovely courtyards with delicate marble inlay and tiny green groves. Also, check out the Patio of the Dolls with its fascinating arcs with the faces of little girls or dolls inlaid at the beginning. For Renaissance pieces, do take a look at Francisco Niculoso Pisano’s admirable altar of tiles (1504).
