I bought my tickets in advance and avoided selling out and queuing at the ticket office, but because there is no appointment, you have to queue for up to 2 hours anyway.Jorge

I got up early, but the lines were almost an hour long to get in. Buying tickets in advance makes no difference in the spring, in both places there were no more than 5 or 10 people buying tickets. In addition, people were cutting in line and the security of the place did not make any control. Incredibly in the Jeronimos the people who were cutting in line were not Latinos but Portuguese and Italians, young people.Raisa

Beautiful places to visit. Plan to go early as there are usually long lineups to get in, even with the tickets bought online.John

As you ascend this ancient fortification, be prepared for breathtaking panoramas. Take in the sweeping views of the majestic Tagus River, the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge, and the mesmerizing cityscape.
Admire the tower's remarkable construction, built of limestone in the distinct 'Manueline' style. Intricate Gothic elements, like the ropes that wind around the tower, add to its unique charm.
