Ticketing was very smooth. Bought online and staff member scanned QR code and printed tickets and off we went! Red Loop was great, Jimmy was very informative as well as entertaining. Blue Loop was not so good as too many stops and not so much info.

It was the hardest thing we experienced about New York trying to find the entrance, especially with a senior citizen that wasn't very mobil, BUT once we found it, it was probably the best experience we had there
