Nice view, but poorly explained: we had to go round twice to get to the balloons. More time waiting in line than doing the attraction. There are much nicer views of New York cheaper and more economical.

My daughter had a great time (just under 3 years old), and the grandparents were also thrilled with the experience, I recommend going in the afternoon to see the sunset and then New York at night full of lights.

The balls, the mirrors, the viewpoint and the photos and videos ... but I didn't like that they asked me for facial recognition for admission ... that could be a threat to my personal safety.

We took the 8pm slot. The night view of New York is incredible. On arrival, you are photographed and given a wristband with a QR code. This can be used to buy photos at the end of the tour, if you wish, of course! A wonderful experience.

Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.
Make sure to bring your sunglasses. The reflective materials used throughout the space create a bright environment during the day.
Please dress appropriately, due to the unique nature of the space and to avoid unwanted exposure to glass and mirrored floors. Pants, shorts, or tights are recommended as well as flat shoes.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel-toe boots, sports cleats, and other footwear that can damage flooring are not permitted.
