Granted you could not change it being 1/2 hr from 1 hr but there first should have been a price adjustment accordingly. The guide was too focused on "Romanian Philosophy" rather than describing the rooms and the appointments of them. One had to ask about things like the rugs and lights only to be rebuffed- 'Will get to that later" to then listen to 10 mkinutes of social philosphy which was meaningless.Gergő

It should be noted that we booked the tour for a group of 18 participants. The experience overall went well and the visit to the castles is really worth the excursion. However despite the fact that we had booked a tour at 7.30 a.m. with pickup at our hotel the day before at 6 p.m. we got an automated message to report at 6.45 a.m. to the bus departure at University Square, this meant leaving the hotel at 6.00 a.m.! Upon reading the message we immediately contacted the guide who at our insistence managed to convince the driver to come by our hotel at 7.15 am. The visit to the castles went well although we all would have preferred not to waste time at Bran Castle and spend more time visiting Brasov where we stayed a total of 40 minutes. Too bad!Amy
