My guide was most pleasant and friendly. Her English was excellent with only a subtle accent but at times she spoke very quickly so it was difficult to catch everything she was saying. If she spoke more slowly that would be very helpful. Also, she went into a lot of detail about the sculptures and paintings that she took us to. Perhaps, a little less detail and more about the basics of the pieces would be better, for me anyway.

The tour was very good, our guide Sebastian (from Argentina) is very good. We had an inconvenience that we could not go up to the third floor as the elevator was not working but Sebastian recommended us to wait a couple of hours or ask for a partial refund as we paid for the tour going up to the third floor. Thanks for everything it was great!

We found this experience with Headout by chance, we were a bit skeptical, instead our guide Rafael met us in a small street not far from the tower and walked us to the elevator telling us the history of the tower and its curiosities. The experience was better than I would have thought both for the guide and the tower super recommended experience with Headout we really enjoyed . Definitely the most beautiful of our tour in paris
