Headout had not sent me the tickets in the mail. The employee, very stupid and rude. Rude. I am tired of buying everything on line. Prosegur staff, polite, friendly. A 10. The lady who greeted us was polite and efficient. The one who gave us the QR Code was also charming. The rest of emoleados, unfriendly. The tickets you buy online and then you have to queue for 15 minutes to get in. More people get in than they should. And you can not see the works carefully.

Do not avoid a long queue. The museum itself is fine although I saw it a little chaotic and many people at the same time. For my taste the audio guide is a little short. The truth is that I thought the collection would be more extensive.

The art and the venue are wonderful but there are far too many people in each room to enjoy the collection. Itbis impossible to see the very small print information card beside each painting. The wifi was poor so we never did get the audio guide functioning. With no ability to see the alternative painting info we did feel frustrated missing the context of each work.

There is little waiting time at the entrance. Visitors are led into the galleries in stages. This means that despite the large number of visitors, you have the opportunity to look at the art objects closely.

Very good experience. Travelled to Malaga in Christmas time and booked some activities of course. The team was kind enough to announce me that the Picasso museum for instance, changed their visiting hours and closing earlier than usual. So being informed I was able to reach earlier & I didn't missed the chance of seeing it.
