Very nice attraction, highly recommend, all organised admission but it was very crowded in exiting the place and with children it wasn't good experience hence no full marksHélène

Unfortunately the weather was foggy, but it's very impressive to see the expanse of Greater Tokyo. We just caught a glimpse of Fuji, a little clearer at first, then in the mist.View original review in FrenchMartina

The view over the whole city was breathtaking! Especially the view of Fuji was great. I also loved the My Hero Academia collaboration.View original review in GermanMurali

The ticket booking experience was seamless. I had tried booking at asoview and lost money twice in the same day without getting tickets booked. I have to follow up with them for refund. On the other hand, headout booking experience was seamless and very quick. I got the tickets very fast . Thank you for keeping a simple and easy interface It was during sakura season and there were lot of foreign tourists. But the crowds were reasonably well managed. It was a bit cloudy, so the views were not very clear till the distant horizon.Christopher

On arrival, we exchanged our e-tickets for the 12.00 entry. We arrived at 11.45. Once we had our tickets, we had to wait until 12.20 before we got past security. This was because there were many people with large suitcases having them searched. We had an appointment so had to leave at 13.00. We were very disappointed with the length of time in the security queue. Suitcases shouldn't be allowed. They should be put in a locker.
