The view is breathtaking; compared to the other observation decks, the mirrored floor and the balloon experience add value. Not to be compared to the glass floor of the Edge, the mystique of Rockefeller Center or the uniqueness of the One.

It was very nice. My husband and I enjoyed our time there. The sites are beautiful at night. I would love to return during the day. My only complaint was that ppl would push you to get a spot closer to the windows in order for them to get instagram pics.

Myself and my husband visited the museum on January 4th 2025 and I was speechless. We are from Scotland and had only ever seen what happed on the TV and I was deeply devastated by the tragedy. When I knew I was coming to NYC I knew I was going to visit as all I've wanted to do was pay my respects. However being there feet on the ground seeing it all is something I couldn't possibly have imagined. I felt it all. I was so over whelmed with emotions it was something else. What you guys have done to remember all that was lost that day is just incredible and It must have been so difficult to do I take my hat off to you all. You are my superheros. To build something so amazing out of the darkness is just amazing. I would happily visit again
