It has been the Memorial and the Museum themselves that made our experince unforgettable. We had our daughters with us, both born after 9/11/01 and we had also the possibility to visit the Pentagon Memorial in Arlington some days later.

The museum experience makes you live closely the magnitude of the attack and the buildings as you walk along the base of the line of pillars where the twin towers stood, the museum is a large space with a majestic architecture, with 2 screening rooms of 15 minutes, It houses different elements of the remains of the towers, as part of its antenna, and in the central part of its basement is the memorial, a square room where on its walls are displayed in alphabetical order the photos of the 3000 victims of the attack, as well as an interactive area for visitors to leave their message. They rent audio guides for $15 that explain the exhibition in your language. It is well worth a visit.

This was the most moving and meaningful museum! Walking where the towers once stood, seeing remnants of columns, stairs, and the huge pieces ironwork that once held the building up is a lot to take in mental and emotionally. It is very well organized and you can move at your own pace. A beautiful and sad experience that no one should miss!

Save time and money while exploring two of New York City's iconic attractions with this combo ticket, offering thrilling views and a profound historical experience.

SUMMIT One Vanderbilt

Make sure you plan enough time to explore all three floors of this state-of-the-art attraction, each with immersive exhibits. "Air" offers a surreal journey with mirrored spaces. Feel the adrenaline rush as you step on the glass ledges in "Levitation". Don’t miss "Affinity," where the interactive reflective orbs are perfect for photos.

9/11 Memorial & Museum

The 9/11 Memorial & Museum stands as a solemn tribute to the lives lost and the resilience of a city rebuilt. With your timed entry ticket, seamlessly enter the museum and explore detailed exhibitions with artifacts, photographs, and personal stories from the attack.

Outside the museum, reflect at the Memorial's twin reflecting pools, located in the footprints of the original Twin Towers. The pools are surrounded by the names of the victims, etched in bronze—a poignant reminder of those lost. Visit the Survivor Tree, a Callery pear tree that miraculously survived the attacks and stands as a symbol of resilience and rebirth. Finally, stroll through the Memorial Glades, with its symbolic stone monoliths dedicated to those suffering or who have succumbed to illnesses from the aftermath of 9/11.
