Easy to book tickets. We had a great time at the park. We'd visited the previous bird park 2 years ago and loved it. The new park is even better. Very well designed; so many birds to see. The information boards was relevant and useful and there was plenty of cool rest zones.

A lot of the exhibits were closed for maintenance, it would be okay maybe for 1 or 2 to be closed but it seemed more than that. It was also hard to find your way around and when you got to where you wanted there were no animals in sight. Overall just a bit disappointing.

During one of the animal shows a child was given a snake to hold and then threw the snake. This was very distressing to see and I think his family should have been asked to leave the show. It was not appropriateJoris

Bird Paradise, Asia's largest bird park, houses a colorful collection of over 3,500 birds from more than 400 species. Stroll through the park's spacious aviaries, where you can observe everything from majestic birds of prey to tiny, iridescent hummingbirds. Speed down the Ular-Lah, a high-speed water slide that twists and turns like a slithering snake, or take on the Vortex, a 360-degree loop slide that will leave you breathless. Operating hours: Monday to Friday: 12pm - 6pm. On Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, it is open from 11am to 6pm. Last admission is at 5pm on all days.

Facilities: changing rooms, shower cubicles, separate kids' shower area, secure lockers, life jackets, baby water carries, and cabanas for rent.
