- Please note that your seats are limited to the silver section of The Coca-Cola Arena
- Attendees aged 14yrs and below need to be accompanied by an adult and have a valid ticket to enter. There are no child tickets
- Ages 13yrs and below are advised not to buy tickets for the standing areas as they are not permitted on the floor area
- Please arrive well in advance before the starting time of the concert
- Please carry along a valid photo ID with you (UAE driver’s license/Emirates ID/passport)
- Overseas travelers must keep their passports and visa ready while redeeming their tickets
- Outside food, beverages, backpacks, tablets, selfie sticks, and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the venue
- Strollers, prams and baby capsules are not allowed inside the venue
- Please note that the Coca-Cola Arena is a strictly no-smoking venue (including e-cigarettes and vaping devices)
