Very nice visit, very practical ticket-cutting access. We met in Piazza San Marco with a correspondent who gave us the physical tickets. Small downside, entry to the Pala d'Oro was not included in the price. It wasn't very clear when I got the tickets from the website. We were still able to get tickets for the visit to the basilica.View original review in French

It was jaw dropping to see inside the palace with the paintings, artifacts, armour and weapons. The highlight being walking over the Bridge of Sighs and then into the prison. If you are in Venice it's a must see.

It was not clear how to access the special benefits such as areas and tours. There were places I thought I could get to but had no access to such as the Doge's appartments and the prisons. All that needs to be clear when the schedule/prices/rates are on the site.
