Det hele var overvældende og meget følelsesladet, især når man hørte de virkelige ofre for tragedien tale i telefon med deres familiemedlemmer. I sandhed et meget smukt mindesmærke, fra top til bund, om et øjeblik i tiden, som jeg håber, vi aldrig glemmer! Stor ros til alle de repræsentanter, der var udstationeret forskellige steder og besvarede spørgsmål! De var meget informative og helt utrolige!

Jeg havde en aftale kl. 14, og jeg ankom. Jeg blev sat på flyet meget hurtigt. Jeg var heldig at være sammen med piloten, som fløj meget godt og professionelt. Forklaringerne under flyvningen var klare, selv med mit lave engelskniveau. Hvad angår den tekniske del, var sikkerhedsvideoen klar, og personalet på jorden var meget strenge med hensyn til adgang til helikopteren. Med hensyn til vedligeholdelse af helikopteren (jeg er selv pilot) kan du gå op med fuld tillid til, at maskinerne er godt vedligeholdt. Som konklusion kan jeg anbefale

Jeg er ydmyg over at besøge dette museum. Personalet er meget imødekommende. De gav os detaljerede historier om, hvad der skete ved denne specifikke begivenhed. Gavebutikken har et fantastisk udvalg af ting.

Jeg og min mand besøgte museet den 4. januar 2025, og jeg var målløs. Vi er fra Skotland og havde kun set, hvad der skete på tv, og jeg var dybt rystet over tragedien. Da jeg vidste, at jeg skulle til New York, vidste jeg, at jeg ville besøge det, for jeg ville bare vise min respekt. Men at være der med fødderne på jorden og se det hele er noget, jeg umuligt kunne have forestillet mig. Jeg følte det hele. Jeg var så overvældet af følelser, at det var noget helt andet. Det, I har gjort for at huske alt det, der gik tabt den dag, er helt utroligt, og det må have været så svært at gøre, at jeg tager hatten af for jer alle sammen. I er mine superhelte. At bygge noget så fantastisk ud af mørket er bare fantastisk. Jeg ville med glæde besøge jer igen.
