Da jeg bookede og modtog bekræftelsen, virkede linket til QR-koden ikke. Jeg gik derfor ud fra, at man kunne bruge bookingreferencen til at finde bookingen. Men da jeg ankom efter en lang rejse i et fremmed land, nægtede billetkontrolløren ved busstoppestedet at hjælpe. Han sendte mig ind til skranken, hvor en meget uhøflig dame nægtede at hjælpe og sagde, at mit eneste valg var at købe en ny billet, og hvis jeg ikke var tilfreds, skulle jeg gå til lufthavnens kundeservice og klage! Heldigvis var den unge pige der super hjælpsom og formåede at finde en måde at få QR-koden frem fra ordlyden på bookingen på japansk (hun var enig i, at der var et problem, som hun aldrig havde set før), og vi kunne komme om bord på bussen. Da vi var kommet om bord, gik alt fint.
