As a first time traveller to Italy with my family, we found the experience easy. We could find the bus without any problems, put our luggage in the luggage compartment and find a seat. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, this is something we didn't often come across whilst seeking help in Italy from customer service staff. Well done!

The bus was on time and very comfortable. It had air com which was appreciated. The only thing we hadn't realised was that we had to validate our computer generated tickets before getting on the bus.
