Min oprindeligt købte voucher for 3 personer tur/retur til München blev scannet af chaufføren, som sagde, at den ikke var gyldig! Der stod endda, at den var gyldig indtil marts 2027. Jeg var nødt til at købe en anden 3-personers returkupon igen! Jeg vil gerne have en refusion for min oprindelige returkupon, der var god, men læst som ugyldig. På grund af en brand på S1-linjen købte jeg 2 x Lufthansa Express-billetter i München på min mobil, mens jeg stod i kø til bussen, og da vi kom til bussens dør, nægtede chaufføren at lade os stige på med den begrundelse, at bussen var fuld, selvom den tydeligvis ikke var det, og han lukkede dørene. Torsdag den 10. april kl. ca. 8.45 Skandaløs opførsel fra chaufførens side og uden forklaring. Vi var nødt til at tage en taxa til €105 eller gå glip af vores fly.
Disse billetter er gyldige i 24 måneder efter købsdatoen.
